Private Coaching

Coaching sessions cost $60 a session, if you come to me, with an additional $30 per extra person. Sessions will be around an hour depending on your goals and what we are trying to accomplish.
I can come to you if you have a safe place to shoot. There will be an additional cost of $1 a mile from my home calculated by round trip mileage.
I will provide the targets, target stands, shot timers (if needed), and hearing and eye protection. All you need is a handgun and ammunition. I can provide a handgun for $15 and either you can bring the ammunition, or I’ll provide that too for the same cost that I paid. The reason ammunition is not included for private coaching is because we may go through a lot more ammunition than during the Permit to Carry Class.
I can tailor your coaching session to your needs. The Goal of the private coaching session can be just to give you the confidence to practice on your own, carry with confidence or to increase the performance of the skills you already possess. Things we can cover:
- Safe Handling-Firearm Safety will always be gone over at the beginning of each lesson.
- Shooting fundamentals, Stance, Grip, Sights, Trigger
- Shooting from the Low Ready
- Drawing Safely and efficiently from the Holster
- Shooting around cover and concealment
- Strong Hand Only Shooting
- Weak Hand Only Shooting
- Retention Shooting, with or without live fire depending on the clients skill level and how comfortable they are with it.
- Zeroing your red dot
- Finding the dot. (red dots are great, but there is a learning curve and if you just got a red dot you will know what I mean by “finding the dot”
