Born and raised in Grygla, MN Luke went to tech school in Berrien Springs, MI. After working for a couple years as an auto mechanic, he joined the Army in 2003. He served in South Korea at Camp Casey and in Iraq at LSA Anaconda during operation OIF. He got out of the army with the rank of Sergeant. Luke has been shooting and hunting from a young age, but dove into the world of Concealed Carry after the Army. He decided to become a firearms instructor after learning as much as possible from training classes from The NRA, The USCCA, Rangemaster Instructor Development Course, Rangemaster Advanced Development Course, The Law of Self Defense Instructor program and reading books from credible authors/instructors like Massad Ayoob, Tom Givens, and Andrew Branca. It is one of Luke’s goals to empower as many responsible citizens to defend themselves when necessary to protect their life, their families’ life and when appropriate other innocent lives.
